At Meadow we take payment from most major insurance payors including Aetna, United Healthcare, FepBlue, Cigna, and Virginia Medicaid. Please note that many payors do not fund elective abortion procedures.

  • Initial Office Visit: $150.00
  • Follow-Up Visit: $75.00
  • STI Testing: $70.00

    (does not include the costs of lab tests)

  • Well Patient GYN Exam: $350.00

    (includes PAP and STI testing)

  • Medication Abortion: $450.00
  • Telehealth Medication Abortion: $175.00

Procedural Abortion:

  • -through 11 weeks, 6 days: $600.00
  • -through 12 weeks - 13 weeks, 6 days: $700.00
  • -through 14 weeks - 14 weeks. 6 days: $900.00
  • Contraception Consult: $150.00
  • Nexplanon Insertion: $200.00
